Description of Semi-auto Capsule Filling Machine
CGN-208H is a new type of capsule filling machine, good stable of high-speed, independently developed by our company. The speed can reach 40,000 capsules per hour.
This Semi-Automatic Capsule Filling Machine is a special capsule filling machine which is suitable for medium and small pharmaceutical factories, hospital preparation lab, etc. The machine adopts a programmable control system, touch panel operation, automated transduction speed-shift, and electronic automatic counter. It automatically completes the action of positioning, separation, filling, locking, etc. The dosage is accurate, and operating is simple and convenient.
The machine consists of capsule-feeding, U-turning and separating mechanism, material medicine-filling mechanism,locking device, electronic speed varying and adjusting mechanism, electrical and pneumatic control system protection device as well as accessories such as vacuum pump and air pump.
Features of Semi-auto Capsule Filling Machine
- It adopts a cycloid motor minimize the noise level while running the machine. There are three cycloid motors in this machine.
- Adopts touch button for operating. However, adding powder into the controlling system will be challenging.
- Easy for changing mold from Size 00 to 5#.
- The machine body is made of stainless steel, the capsule feeder is copper, the capsule disk is an aluminum disk, and the capsule locking position copper.
